Afternoon Practice

Rainier Rowing rows out of beautiful American Lake exit#123 off I-5. The lake has over 5000m of rowable water. It is the home to several crews including Pacific Lutheran University and University of Puget Sound.

Bills Boathouse

The boats are stored at Bills Boathouse with a protected dock.

Driving Directions

I-5 Exit 123 Thorne Lane (Lakewood)

Cross railroad track and go straight at intersection

Road curves around to the left and becomes Portland Ave

Go about 1/2 Mile

Bills Boat House is on right. Park along the road leading to the marina.

Rowing dock is on the right side of the marina.
